Franklin-Covey.
Although Covey is a Mormon and the usage of the franklin-covey system itself seems almost cult like (according to my girlfriend) I highly endorse their planning systems.
Tried to go without it for a semester....didn't work out to well, even after thinning out my responsibilities.
